receive video calls for a better face to face human contact.  

A “rep page” may include category, specialization, language, the representative's photo

and more details so that website visitors can search and select with whom to chat.

Embedding "TiviClick Communication Panel" (TCP) at any webpage is fast and easy,

and website visitors do not need any software download or registration

before creating a chat - just to click the CALL button.

Video communication is based on P2P technology.

TiviClick measures chats duration and provides a variety of statistical reports.

It can also collect visitor's satisfaction feedback after chats.
